At Additional Lengths, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and unopened hair extensions and professional styling products. Please ensure all security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Verify that your items are in their original, unopened packaging with all hygiene seals intact, as we cannot accept returns for hair extensions that have been handled or removed from their backing.

  Submit a Request

  Contact our customer service team or log into your account portal to initiate a return request and receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items including the original invoice and RMA number, then ship them back to our distribution center using a tracked and insured delivery service.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our stylists will inspect the items to ensure they meet our resale standards, after which your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
